About Us

Sarah joined JemBuild Ltd early 2014.

Sarah has over 25 years’ experience in Construction – initially starting as a Site Engineer where she also developed initial quantity surveying and estimating skills, and then progressing to Site management working for generally long periods with well-established quality local contractors managing a variety of  Civils, Highways, Industrial, Commercial, new build and refurbishment projects. The last 2.5 years with a large National Contractor on working as part of the management team on heavy civils, tunneling and marine projects for the water industry with a value up to £40m.

Throughout her career she has continued to develop skills in programming, estimating, commercial management and quantity surveying to give all round experience to a project from tender stage to handover.

Sarah’s invaluable experience and communication skills will ensure she will continue to deliver excellent quality projects within in a safe and enjoyable working environment, maintain and develop excellent relationships with both existing and new clients and strengthen the JemBuild reputation.
