Although we are a relatively young company we have collected a few awards for our quality construction, workmanship and the way we run our business.

We are absolutely delighted to have been successful at the 2017 LABC South Yorkshire and Humber Building Excellence Awards receiving highly commended for ‘Best Domestic Project’ for a large extension to a local Edwardian property and winning the category for ‘Best Commercial Building’ for our very own offices designed by ID Architecture and constructed and owned by JemBuild.

What an end to an amazing week! Shortlisted for both the North East Lincolnshire Business Development Award and the Business Person of the Year we collected both awards at this great event.

JemBuild are absolutely delighted to have won the prestigious ‘Best Education Project’ for our recently completed Healing Science Academy contract.

JemBuild were delighted to win the 2015 North East Lincolnshire Business Development Award which recognises the outstanding contribution a business has made to the local economy and economic success of the area by demonstrating the use of a local supply chain, long term sustainability, community engagement and benefit, employment training and benefits, applying a policy of employing local people, contractors and suppliers and demonstrating positive sustainability and impact for the future.
JemBuild were also runner up for the ABP Business Growth Award and the e-factor small Business Award and individually Paul was shortlisted and received runner up for the Wilkin & Chapman Business Person of the Year.

We are delighted to announce that JemBuild are the regional winner at the 2015 LABC Building Excellence Awards for ‘Best Education Project’ for work undertaken for Humberston Special School. We’ve also put this project forward for the 2016 RIBA Awards.

We are pleased to have to have had two of our recently completed projects shortlisted for the forthcoming 2015 South Yorkshire and Humber LABC Building Excellence Awards.
Shortlisting took place last Friday from a large and high quality group of nominations covering the whole of the area and the new sixth form classroom block at Humberston Park School was shortlisted for the Best Education Project category with the new Centre4 community centre (formally St Marys School) in Grimsby being shortlisted for the Best Community Project category.
Both contracts will now go forward to the awards ceremony which is being held on the 07 May at the Forest Pines hotel. Watch this space!
