Project Description
The provision of this new PC World store in York offers 30,000sqft of new shop floor on Clifton Moor Retail Park. A Design & Build contract consisting of a structural steel frame with cavity wall / composite cladded walls and inner roof. A mansard clay pantile roof has been incorporated on the full perimeter in keeping with other adjacent retail units. Internally, offices, toilets and storage areas have been provided. Externally, works include public car parking, concrete service yard, incoming services, hard and soft landscaping and lighting works.
