Project Description
A £500k project consisting of the extensive internal refurbishment of the existing ICT Management Suite (Block G) over a six week period.
The works generally comprised of the full internal demolition works which involved the removal of all internal walls/doors, lighting, ceiling, fixtures and fittings and the construction of new walls (built to a new configuration), new finishes, flooring, lighting, decoration, fixtures & fittings along with a major mechanical and electrical re-design and renewal to the full block including a full climate control installation.
Externally several openings were modified, windows blocked up, existing aluminium windows/doors/cladding repainted along with new external lighting fitted.
