Project Description
The full refurbishment/renewal of seven primary school kitchens over the summer holiday period involving significant demolition and remodelling works in a congested environment. The new kitchens were fitted with hygienic wall cladding, new flooring, hygienic ceilings, mechanical and electrical renewal and the supply of all kitchen equipment. A condensed programme that uncovered a significant amount of variations had to be operational for the start of the new term.
