Project Description
JemBuild’s second successive contract with Rainham Steel, a £1.6m 26 week scheme to construct a 10,000m² triple bay triple bay warehouse extension to an existing steel storage warehouse at the Scunthorpe distribution centre.
Works also included the provision of a laser levelled reinforced concrete floor slab, the installation of a new LED lighting system both internally and externally, the installation of three overhead cranes, a syphonic drainage system, external drainage, the construction of external concrete perimeter roads and additional storage areas.
