Project Description
The works for the LHP refurbishment contract consisted of alteration and fitting out of existing developers shell at ground floor level of Cartergate House, Grimsby.
This consisted of all removal of several existing roller shutters, all M&E installations to the ground floor, Internal walls, Internal windows and doors to a high specification. Internal decoration and flooring to the client's corporate colours. Additionally, the installation of feature timber work and timber pods for individual use within the large open planned area.
A new staff entrance was formed to the back of the development and a new fire detection and alarm system installed. This was linked into the existing system that was in place in the already occupied levels of Cartergate House.
