Project Description
A 12 week fast track project involving significant alterations to and refurbishment of the Grimsby Art College existing to create new academy learning facilities, including major structural alterations to existing load bearing walls, design and build new mechanical and electrical services, the provision of 4 new toilet blocks, a new sports hall, new library, engineering workshop, complete new wall, floor and ceiling finishes complete with extensive external works including the application of an insulated render system to the existing brick façade, new windows, new drainage/car park facilities and landscaping.
