One year after the completion of The Bridge we are delighted to be back to carry out the new 12 month project to construct a new two storey building with 8 new classrooms, 2 story lecture theatre and new reception areas, offices and toilet areas, with platform lift and staircases. The building is a steel framed building on pad foundations and ground beams with brick and block walls, with feature brickwork and white render finish, including external glazed walls. The ground floor is beam and block floor construction and the first floor is precast concrete beams construction with a single ply roof construction. The project also includes all associated electrical and mechanical and plumbing works and all internal finishing works.

External works include the forming of a new car park entrance to allow construction of a new bus route, new parking bays and external paving and landscaping works.
