Project Description
The largest development in Grimsby for over 20 years providing approximately 42,000sqft of new business incubation units. These consist of 25 light industrial/workshop units varying in size between 1100-3000 sqft, 9 incubation offices, a managed office space complete with associated roadways, site infrastructure, car parking and landscaping. Additionally, significant rainwater harvesting and drainage attenuation schemes have been incorporated into the contract.
