JemBuild are absolutely delighted to have secured a third consecutive Siemens infrastructe project for Associated British Ports in Hull.

The project is the relocation of the existing Cemex plant (formally on Alexandra Dock).

Generally the works comprise of the provision of a new site for the multi-national aggregates company, Cemex due to their relocation from Alexandra Dock as part of the Green Ports Scheme. Works include the demolition of existing buildings, asbestos removal, design and construction of a steelwork and cladding to an existing building, the construction of a 170m new surface carriageway, drainage works, service diversions and fencing works.
