Commercial Manager
Mark joined JemBuild in 2012, following a successful 20 year career working in the construction industry.
Having qualified from the University of Manchester, after studying Commercial Management & Quantity Surveying, Mark worked for several national and local contractors as a Quantity Surveyor, gaining extensive experience and knowledge across a multitude of sectors including civil engineering, retail, education and residential with contract values ranging from £100K to £25M.
He has worked successfully with a number of procurement routes and forms of contract. Also, he has pre-construction experience in cost planning, value engineering & risk identification.
Mark brings with him extensive knowledge to a role that is paramount to the development and long term success of the company.
