ADAM MORRISSEY
Assistant Site Manager
Joining the construction industry from school Adam initially started out as a construction labourer on a large Lincolnshire petrochemical site.
He then progressed his skills and experience gaining qualifications in several types of plant followed by CITB and SMSTS site manager qualifications. Progressing to a site supervisory role within a site team managing several contracts throughout the UK with a major construction company Adam gained invaluable site management skills over the next five years with a return to his locality joining an established construction company as a civils supervisor predominantly working on Lindsey oil refinery overseeing works ranging from £10k to £1m.
Adam joined JemBuild in 2017 initially as a site supervisor becoming involved with our Associated British Ports New Lock Gates project then moving to Croda Chemicals in Hull where he formed an integral part of the site team as site supervisor. Adam’s progression has continued within the company and he now undertakes an assistant site manager role and in this role has carried out a number of civil and build schemes to a high standard of safety and quality.
