Project Description
The conversion and 250m2 extension of a small convenience shop to a mini-supermarket for ‘Nisa/Today’s Extra’ including the incorporation of a ‘Subway’ and ‘Costa Coffee’. Works also included the conversion of derelict rooms at first floor level providing further living accommodation. The site is located at a very busy roundabout junction and this coupled with a very restricted site proved logistically demanding throughout the construction programme.
