Project Description
This contract involved the construction of a 5-storey residential apartment block on a constricted site in the middle of a busy residential street close to Cleethorpes town centre. Traditionally built in brick/block cavity walling resting on a 1st floor 400mm thick concrete reinforced slab offering the support for the main building and also forming the roof of the basement car park. Each apartment offering a kitchen/lounge, 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. Other works included the provision of a passenger lift, a smoke ventilation system, CCTV system, external car parking, and hard and soft landscaping.
